Ok, here I am for my first blog!

Main reason for this was the need I feel to communicate and share my thoughts. Well I think this is nothing new here for all those bloggers around. I would like to create a space, where we could share our thoughts concerning our social behavior, more specifically concerning integral consciousness, conscious evolution.

First of all I would like to make a little introduction to the word integral, as it will be used often in my thoughts:

Integral means comprehensive, inclusive, balanced, embracing, not leaving anything out. When it comes to human beings, integral means maps, models, and practices that include the full spectrum of human potentials, often summarized as "exercising body, mind, and spirit in self, culture, and nature.
